Oncopeptides AB issues 977 906 shares additionally in connection with offer to acquire shares and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm (the “Offering”)

On 26 March 2017, the board of directors of Oncopeptides, pursuant to the request by the Joint Global Coordinators (defined below), resolved to issue 977,906 shares to ABG Sundal Collier AB.  Oncopeptides will thereby be provided with additional funds of approximately SEK 45 million, which means that the Company will have been provided with a total of approximately SEK 695 million through the Offering, before deduction of issue expenses.

After registration of the new shares that will be issued within the scope of the over-allotment option, the number of shares and votes in Oncopeptides will amount to 39,806,021. The subscription price for the new shares is set to SEK 46 per share, the same as the subscription price as in the Offering.
As previously announced, Oncopeptides AB (publ) (“Oncopeptides” or the ”Company”) has committed to issue up to 2,119,565 additional new shares at the request of ABG Sundal Collier AB and Carnegie Investment Bank AB (the “Joint Global Coordinators ”) in order to cover potential over-allotment in relation to the Offering.
