Bolaget fokuserar p&aring; utvecklingen av produktkandidaten melflufen (Ygalo&reg;), en ny peptidl&auml;nkad alkylator, som selektivt riktar sig mot multipelt myelom tillh&ouml;rande en ny l&auml;kemedelsklass kallad Peptidase Enhanced Compounds. Melflufen &auml;r avsedd f&ouml;r en effektiv behandling av hematologiska cancersjukdomar, och d&aring; s&auml;rskilt multipelt myelom. M&aring;let med det kliniska utvecklingsprogrammet f&ouml;r melflufen &auml;r att visa b&auml;ttre behandlingsresultat j&auml;mf&ouml;rt med etablerade alternativ vid behandling av patienter med multipelt myelom.
