Number of shares and votes in Oncopeptides

STOCKHOLM – 30 June 2026 – Oncopeptides AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: ONCO), a biotech company specializing in difficult-to-treat cancers, today announces that the number of votes in Oncopeptides has changed as a result of a conversion of 209,640 class C shares to 209,640 ordinary shares, to deliver ordinary shares to participants in Oncopeptides’ incentive program Board RSU 2025.

As of today, the total number of shares in Oncopeptides amounts to 395,287,003 shares, of which 381,357,758 are ordinary shares and 13,929,245 are class C shares. As of today, the number of votes in Oncopeptides amounts to 382,750,682.5, and the share capital amounts to SEK 43,920,779.894805.
